Hello, my name is Suzanne — I’m passionate about the integration of body and mind in trauma healing. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychoeducation from the Université du Québec en Outaouais and am a member of the Ordre des psychoéducateurs et psychoéducatrices du Québec (OPPQ). I have completed three years of training in Integrative Body Psychotherapy (IBP) in Montreal, and I am also a certified Somatic Experiencing® (SE™) Practitioner, having completed the professional training program in Portland, Oregon. Throughout my career, I have specialized in supporting individuals living with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) resulting from car accidents, workplace incidents, or experiences of violence. My clinical work includes desensitization programs and in vivo exposure therapy, integrating tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), IBP, and SE™ to promote lasting trauma resolution. Now based in the Laurentians, in the town of Prévost, I offer somatic psychoeducation services to support my clients in their healing journey. My goal is to provide practical and personalized tools to help reduce symptoms, regulate the nervous system, and restore a deep sense of safety and vitality in daily life. At the heart of my approach is a deep commitment to offering a safe, grounded, and compassionate space for transformation. I am here to accompany you with integrity, warmth, and profound respect for your unique journey.
